I love trying new things! Have you ever seen such funky cauliflower?
It tastes like regular, old, boring cauliflower but I love the way it looks. It reminds me of a field of pine trees, seen from the air! It was great as a roasted side dish and as a colorful addition to a salad. Definitely a bit beyond normal, wouldn’t you say?
